[dynTemp] Move frame down to next frame

Overview

This rule moves the current frame downward to the nearest frame in the same comet group.

How it works

The rule calculates the current frame's bounding box. It then checks all other frames in the comet group, excluding the current frame and any frames built by a multiframe.

For each candidate frame, it checks whether the frame is positioned below the current one. It tracks the minimum Y distance across all candidates to find the nearest frame below.

If a frame is found below, the rule calculates the available space and moves the current frame to the new position, respecting the margin. If the defined margin is larger than the available space, the rule does not execute.

If no comet group frame is found below, the rule falls back to the RealGridElement bottom edge as the boundary.
